Early Years Practitioner | Solihull
Role Type: Permanent (Full-time or Part-time)
Pay: From £12.21 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week (Flexible options available)
The Role
We are seeking a passionate, forward-thinking Early Years Practitioner to join an exciting
venture. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality childcare, fostering a lifelong love for
learning, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Care: Deliver excellence in childcare and early education.
Operational Standards: Adhere strictly to nursery policies, procedures, and safety
protocols.
Safeguarding: Maintain a rigorous commitment to the welfare and protection of all
children.
Team Collaboration: Work dynamically within a team while using your own initiative to
manage daily tasks effectively.
Requirements
Qualification: Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Required).
Experience: 3 years of nursery experience (Preferred).
Education: GCSE or equivalent (Preferred).
Background: Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS and background checks.
