Office Manager / PA

Full-time or Part-time (flexible hours) - office based
Temporary role with the opportunity to become fixed-term or permanent
My client, a small but well established business based in Thundridge, is looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Office Manager / PA to support the smooth running of the business.
This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in an office and supporting other members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Day-to-day business administration and office management
*PA support to Directors and senior team members, including booking travel, events, and client entertainment
*Assisting with administration relating to new contracts
*Managing product orders and tracking via Excel.
*Ensuring company accreditations are maintained and kept up to date
*Managing and updating the company’s social media platforms
*Working closely with major clients to support and add social value initiatives
*Overseeing Health & Safety compliance
*Ad hoc HR administration, including new starters and compliance checks
The Ideal Candidate Will:
*Have previous experience in an Office Manager, PA, or similar all-round administrative role
*Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Be confident using Excel and general office systems
*Be comfortable juggling multiple priorities
*Have excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible approach
