We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing team based inBillericay. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a background in maintenance, repairs, or property management to play a key role in delivering accurate costings and supporting project delivery.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates for maintenance and property-related works, supporting both reactive and planned projects.
Key Responsibilities*Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for maintenance and property works
*Analyse specifications, schedules, and site information to determine accurate costs
*Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain pricing
*Ensure estimates are competitive, accurate, and aligned with company margins
*Support project managers with cost breakdowns and budget forecasting
*Maintain up-to-date pricing databases and records
Requirements*Proven experience as an Estimator within maintenance, facilities, or property management
*Strong understanding of repair, refurbishment, and maintenance works
*Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
*Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
*Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
