About the Deputy Manager Role As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management and operational excellence - with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.
Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager *Support the Deputy Manager in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage and wage control
*Drive exceptional customer service and team engagement
*Oversee stock control, merchandising and compliance standards
*Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
*Analyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth
What We’re Looking For in a Deputy Manager *Proven experience as a Manager (or similar level) in a fast-paced retail environment
*A hands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor and motivates others
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Passionate about customer service and hitting targets
