Our client based near Cheshunt are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their finance team on a contract basis. The contract will be for 5-6 months with possible extension.


The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Accounts Receivable team. Other key aspects of the role will include:
• Manage a team of 2
• Oversee the end-to-end receivable processes
• Complete daily control reconciliations and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Complete invoice financing declarations
• Complete customer turnover declarations and rebate calculations.
• Credit insurance checks and declarations.
• Monthly reconciliations and close of Accounts Receivable Ledger.


Candidates must have:
• Solid experience in Accounts Receivables and credit control is required
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manipulate spreadsheets
• Bank reconciliations and cash allocation expertise
• Experience supervising an accounts receivable team
