Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Retail Coordinator to join our client team at their Hatton Garden location. This role is ideal for someone with strong stock and inventory experience, a passion for excellent customer service, and a solid understanding of the jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities*Manage stock control and inventory across the retail space, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock movement
*Coordinate incoming and outgoing jewellery stock, including deliveries, transfers, and returns
*Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies promptly
*Support the sales team with product availability, stock preparation, and merchandising
*Provide a high standard of customer service, assisting clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner
*Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
*Maintain compliance with company procedures, security standards, and industry best practices
About You*Proven experience in retail coordination, stock control, or inventory management
*Background or strong understanding of the jewellery industry (fine jewellery experience highly desirable)
*Excellent customer service skills with a professional and polished approach
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident using stock management systems and basic retail software
*Able to work independently while also supporting a close-knit team
*Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working with high-value items
Monday to Friday : 8am-5pm
