Personal Assistant – Finance

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple time zones
*Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
*Prepare and format presentations, reports, and correspondence
*Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
*Organize and minute meetings, ensuring accurate follow-up on action points
*Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members on behalf of senior management
*Manage expenses and process invoices
*Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date
*Assist with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
Essential Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within finance or professional services
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Discretion when handling sensitive information
*Professional and personable demeanor
