Inbound Admin Advisor | Medical Equipment Supplier
High Wycombe (Office-based)
£25K - £26K
8:30am – 5:00pm
We’re recruiting an Inbound Customer Service Advisor for a leading Medical Equipment Supplier and Manufacturer based in High Wycombe. Our client is associated with a world-leading manufacturer and stocks and supplies over 35,000 products across the medical sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working as part of a supportive, fast-paced team.
The RoleAs an Inbound Admin Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing customer queries, processing orders, and supporting sales activity across multiple communication channels. You’ll confidently liaise with internal departments and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities*Identify customer requirements and provide the best solutions in line with company processes
*Process customer orders via phone, email, and web
*Accurately manage enquiries, quotes, sales orders, and invoices
*Apply correct carriage charges where applicable
*Record customer interactions, resolutions, and orders accurately using CRM systems
*Proactively promote new products and support customer needs
*Work collaboratively within the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
*Partner with Sales Representatives to support service levels and sales growth
