Our client are a forward thinking law firm based in East London and they’re looking for an experienced Immigration Solicitor. This full-time, office-based role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment, handling a wide range of immigration matters.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle a variety of immigration cases including visa applications, asylum cases, appeals, and judicial reviews.
*Advise clients on UK immigration law and ensure regulatory compliance.
*Prepare and submit applications to the Home Office and Tribunals.
*Represent clients in court and at appeal hearings.
*Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration law and policy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must be a Qualified Solicitor with experience in Immigration Law.
*Strong advocacy, case management, and client-handling skills.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent communication and drafting skills.
