About the Role
As a Medical Sales Representative you’ll be responsible for managing and developing relationships across a well-established territory within the South West. You will promote a respected portfolio within the glaucoma and ocular surface therapy areas, working closely with NHS and private healthcare professionals to drive product growth and deliver exceptional customer engagement.
You will be supported by a collaborative, knowledgeable team and given the autonomy needed to develop your own strategic approach to account management.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and develop relationships with key clinical stakeholders across the territory
*Manage and grow business within existing accounts while identifying new opportunities
*Deliver high-quality product education and support to healthcare professionals
*Work strategically to understand local market dynamics and customer needs
*Maintain accurate records, reporting and planning in line with company standards
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and strong customer outcomes
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
*Motivated and commercially minded, with early experience in medical sales or a related healthcare commercial role
*Confident engaging with healthcare professionals
*Driven to take ownership of a territory and build strong, meaningful relationships
*Able to work autonomously while contributing positively to a wider team
*Eager to develop into a strategic Key Account Manager position
*Ophthalmology experience is not essential
