Job Description:
A leading manufacturer of plastic products is actively seeking an Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor to join their team due to an internal promotion.
Working within a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for all production aspects of the shift in line with the production plan.
£42,000-£45,000, Monday-Friday working
As the Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, your duties will include:
* Achieving KPIs, covering OOE, cycle times, quality, and scrap.
* Setting machines and troubleshooting process issues.
* Overseeing and managing the team on shift (typically 8-12 people made up of a Setter, Materials Handler, Slinger, and Operators).
To be successful in the role of Injection Moulding Setter Supervisor, the ideal candidate will:
* Possess a strong background in injection moulding.
* Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve moulding issues efficiently.
* Have exposure to working with robotic automation.
* Have some experience in supervising and leading small teams.
