A supportive and forward-thinking SEN school in Reading is seeking a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join their team. This full-time role involves teaching and supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties, within a nurturing and well-structured environment.
This SEN Class Teacher role is ideal for a qualified teacher who is motivated to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development.

*Role:SEN Class Teacher
*Location: Reading
*Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)
*Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
*Start Date: ASAP
*Age Group: Primary-aged pupils
*Suitable for: QTS-qualified teachers with SEN or inclusive education experience (or a strong interest in SEN)
Role Responsibilities
*Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
*Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
*Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development
*Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals
*Contributing to EHCP targets, reviews, and personalised learning plans
