Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high standards are consistently maintained at our client site.
Key Responsibilities:*Ensure staff attendance is accurately recorded and managed.
*Supervise daily cleaning operations, ensuring agreed standards and staffing levels are met.
*Carry out regular site inspections, quality checks, and Health & Safety audits.
*Liaise with the client/contract representative to ensure service requirements are delivered.
*Order cleaning chemicals and supplies as required.
*Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
Shifts and Rota: *Monday to Friday
*11:00 - 18:30
Requirements*Previous experience in a supervisory role.
*Previous experience within the cleaning industry.
*Enhanced DBS preferred.
