Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £52,000-£58,000 & Benefits

A skilled and organized Project Manager is required to oversee multiple live sites within the healthcare and HVAC sector. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing day-to-day site operations, and is comfortable handling a significant amount of administrative and compliance-related paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee the successful delivery of 2-3 concurrent projects on active sites.
*Ensure all site activities run smoothly, safely, and in line with industry regulations.
*Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain progress and resolve issues promptly.
*Manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
*Lead on refurbishment works, including increasing involvement in HVAC-related projects.
*Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the healthcare environment.
*Produce and manage detailed project documentation-this role is admin-heavy, so confidence with paperwork is essential.
*Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance and ensure operational excellence.
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven experience as a Project Manager within HVAC and Building Building Services
*Background in healthcare is desirable.
*Understanding of HVAC systems
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
*Comfortable with detailed administrative tasks and documentation.
