The Company
*MTrec are currently recruiting for a number of people for a position in the Jarrow area.
The Role
*Working in a very fast working environment
*Carrying out general workshop duties to support production
*Sanding and preparing wooden components
*General duties within a specialist workshop environment
*Operation of a variety of machinery including cutting products
*Assisting with sub-assembly and building of products
*Application of wax substances to products
*Completing quality inspections on all materials and completing quality assurance paperwork
*Undertaking general workshop labouring tasks as required
*Following general health and safety guidelines
The Person
*Should be able to carry out repetitive tasks on a daily basis
*A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn
*Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance
*Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Robust with an ability to perform productivity tasks
*Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
