Job Description:
Role: Commercial Solicitor
Location: North London
PQE: 7+ years PQE
Hybrid working: Yes, 3 days’ work from home
Days: Monday – Friday
The Role
We are looking for a Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE to join our existing Company Commercial team.
*This role is suited to an ambitious individual with a desire to work towards becoming a Partner and eventually leading the team.
*Your experience should include advising owner-managed businesses and SMEs on company law, commercial contracts and corporate transactions. Some corporate finance background and experience of working closely with commercial real estate type clients would be an advantage.
*Attention to detail is paramount and you must be passionate about going the extra mile for your clients.
The successful candidate must have a genuine interest in business development, ideally with a small following (following desired NOT essential).
