Job Description:
Role: Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Islington London
PQE: 5 + years PQE
Hybrid working: Yes, 3 days’ work from home
The Role
We are looking for a solicitor with 5-6 years PQE to join our Clients Real Estate Disputes team.
Your legal experience should include advising residential and commercial landlords and tenants on a wide range of issues including:
*Breach of covenant e.g. tenant’s failure to obtain landlord’s consent on assignment, underletting, alterations, etc. or landlord’s failure to comply with obligations under the Lease
*Commercial landlord and tenant work: break notices, dilapidations, rent reviews, forfeiture, surrender etc.
*Business Lease renewals
*Possession proceedings
*Dealing with trespass and squatters
*Adverse possession claims,
*Nuisance
*Easements and prescriptive rights
*Service charge disputes and consultation requirements
*TOLATA claims
*Rights to light claims
You will be able to work unsupervised.
