Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer / Fee Earner
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)
Salary: Dependent on experience + exceptional bonus structure
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (35 hours)

A respected and rapidly growing residential property specialist is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join its London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional looking for hybrid working, career progression, and a genuinely supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
*Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build
*Working within a structured team of Fee Earners, Paralegals and Assistants
*Delivering high-quality client service and maintaining strong relationships
*Supporting junior team members where required
