Forklift Driver – Late ShiftLocation: Rochford
Hours: Monday – Friday, 5pm–2am
Pay: £16 per hour + Overtime Available
Licence Required: Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our client’s busy warehouse team in Rochford. Working on the late shift, you will be responsible for safely operating a counterbalance forklift, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring smooth goods flow during evening and night operations.
Key Responsibilities*Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
*Load and unload vehicles
*Move stock within the warehouse and yard areas
*Support picking, packing, and general warehouse duties when required
*Complete daily forklift checks and report any defects
*Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times
*Work collaboratively with the warehouse and shift teams
Requirements*Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
*Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift
*Good understanding of warehouse processes
*Ability to work the fixed late shift (5pm–2am) Monday to Friday
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling when needed
