£41,000 + company vehicle - On call 1 in every 6 (additional payment for this)
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm

About the Role
Outsource UK’s client is a global leader in bulk liquid storage and distribution, currently seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join their team at the Saffron Walden site. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established organisation that prioritises safety, reliability, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
*Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems associated with fuel pipelines.
*Conduct inspection and testing of motors, instruments, and control equipment such as pressure and level switches.
*Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and electrical standards (including BS 7671).
*Support the team during emergency breakdowns, including occasional overtime work.
Requirements
*Recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or equivalent (e.g. 18th Edition).
*Sound understanding of safety processes such as Permit to Work and Risk Assessments.
*Valid clean driving licence.
*Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
