*L3 childcare qualification or above
*Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
*Has a genuine passion for working with children
*Has previous experience of working with children in a nursery or similar setting
*Understands the importance of safeguarding children
*Is knowledgeable about health and safety regulations in a childcare environment
