Job Title: Secondary School Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: Westminster
£90 - £100 per day

About the Role
The role of a Teaching Assistant involves supporting teachers and students throughout the school day. You will work closely with pupils who may require additional academic or behavioural support and help maintain a focused learning environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
*Support classroom learning across KS3 and KS4
*Provide 1:1 and small group support
*Assist students with SEN and additional learning needs
*Support classroom management and lesson delivery
*Encourage engagement and positive behaviour
*Track student progress and report to teaching staff
*Support safeguarding and wellbeing policies
