Revit Technician (Hospitals & Universities)
Birmingham - Hybrid
£50,000 - £60,000 + Hybrid + Company Benefits + Training + Progression
Are you a CIAT- or RIBA-qualified Revit Technician ready to step into a role delivering major, multi-million-pound developments from concept through construction, while benefiting from hybrid working?

In this role, you will work collaboratively with directors and architects to produce complex and technically challenging designs, taking full oversight from inception to completion on projects ranging from £5 million to £50 million, with working hours from 9:00 to 5:30 Monday to Thursday and finishing at 5:00 on Fridays.
This role would suit a CIAT or RIBA qualified Revit Technician with experience in Hospitals and Universities seeking to advance their career with a leading design-led consultancy, taking ownership of large-scale commercial projects and working collaboratively on innovative architectural designs.
THE ROLE:
*Use Revit daily
*Work collaboratively to build complex designs
*Work and learn from Senior Designers and Architects
*Build a portfolio of high end complex designs
*Hybrid work 2 days from home 3 in office
THE PERSON:
*CIAT or RIBA registered
*Experience with REVIT
*Work alongside 5 other Architectural Technologist
*Commutable distance to Birmingham
