? SEN Teaching Assistant – Make Every Day Matter

?? Location: Various locations across Hampshire

?? Contract: Full-time / Part-time

?? Salary: £95–£105+ per day

? Plus: Excellent Training & Career Progression
Do you believe every child deserves the chance to succeed, no matter the challenges they face?

Are you someone who brings patience, creativity, empathy, and positive energy into everything you do?
If so, this could be more than a role — it could be the opportunity that changes both a child’s life and your own.
? Why This Role Truly Matters

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you won’t just support learning — you’ll transform experiences. You’ll work closely with children who need additional support, helping them build confidence, independence, and belief in themselves.
Every day brings new challenges, new moments, and new victories — and even the smallest breakthrough can be life-changing.
This isn’t just a job.

It’s a purpose.

A calling.

A chance to make a genuine difference where it matters most.
?? Your Day-to-Day Impact
*Delivering personalised 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more).
*Using your creativity to make learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful.
*Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and specialists to support tailored learning plans.
*Building positive, trusting relationships that allow pupils to feel safe, supported, and understood.
*Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and confidence-building every step of the way.
? What We’re Looking For You don’t need years of experience — the right attitude is what truly matters:
*A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
*Patience, resilience, and a calm, nurturing approach.
*Someone who sees potential where others see barriers.
*A team player eager to learn, grow, and make a lasting impact.
? SEN experience or relevant qualifications are a bonus — but your mindset, compassion, and commitment are what count most.
? What We Offer
*Full training and continuous professional development to help you thrive.
*A supportive and welcoming team that genuinely values your contribution.
*Clear progression opportunities into roles such as HLTA, SEN specialist, behaviour mentor, or teacher training.
*A positive school environment where success — big or small — is celebrated.
?? Ready to Make a Real Difference?

If you’re driven, compassionate, and ready to do work that truly matters, we’d love to hear from you.
?? Apply today and help shape brighter futures — one child at a time.
