Base Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + Annual Bonus / Incentives

A fast-growing consumer-focused organisation is seeking an experienced Retail Sales & Marketing Manager to drive commercial performance, brand visibility, and customer engagement across the UK market. This fully remote role suits a highly organised, commercially minded individual with strong sales and marketing capability, particularly within retail, FMCG, consumer products, or e-commerce-led environments.
The Role
As Retail Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how the brand is represented across retail channels, improving sell-through, elevating campaign execution, and supporting partners with effective marketing and promotional activity. You will analyse market trends, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
*Drive Retail Sales Performance – Support partners to maximise sell-through, conversion, and product visibility across multiple retail channels.
*Execute Marketing Campaigns – Plan and deliver promotional activity, digital campaigns, and in-store marketing initiatives to boost customer engagement and brand presence.
*Retail Partner Engagement – Build collaborative, productive relationships with retail accounts, offering guidance, insight, and marketing support to enhance performance.
*Market & Competitor Insight – Monitor market shifts, industry trends, and competitor behaviour to identify opportunities for commercial growth.
*Brand Consistency – Ensure communication, messaging, and visual assets are aligned across retail and digital touchpoints.
*Performance Reporting – Use data to track campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and customer behaviour, providing recommendations for improvement.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work alongside product, digital, sales, and operations teams to align activities and maximise commercial outcomes.
About You
*Experience in retail, sales, or marketing, ideally within consumer goods, retail partnerships, or multi-channel environments.
*Strong understanding of both commercial sales drivers and marketing execution.
*Confident analysing performance data and turning insight into actionable plans.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with retail partners.
*Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working fully remotely.
*Creative yet commercially focused, with an eye for customer engagement and brand impact.
