Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom under the direction of the class teacher
*Delivering targeted interventions to individuals and small groups
*Assisting with planning, preparation, and assessment activities
*Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
*Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a focused, supportive learning environment
*Assisting with classroom organisation and resource preparation
*Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
*Contributing to the wider life of the school
Applicants must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a primary school setting is essential.
