Management Accountant
Location: Bradford
Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits
Working pattern: Hybrid / flexible working available
The RoleWe are working with a well-established and forward-thinking organisation in Bradford that is looking to appoint a qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a key role supporting senior stakeholders, providing high-quality financial insight, and helping to drive informed commercial decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities*Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
*Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and challenge
*Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
*Production of meaningful MI to support strategic decision-making
*Cost control, margin analysis, and performance tracking
*Supporting year-end processes and liaising with auditors where required
*Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
About You*Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Strong background in management accounting
*Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence non-finance stakeholders
*Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
*Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment
