The Role As a Production Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe daily operations across the production floor. You’ll lead, motivate, and develop a team of operators while maintaining high standards of output, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities * Lead and support a team of production operatives to meet daily targets
* Coordinate workflow, allocate tasks, and manage staffing levels
* Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure adherence to health & safety, quality, and operational procedures
* Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
* Report production data, issues, and opportunities to senior management
* Support problem-solving and root-cause activities to reduce downtime
About You We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in a supervisory or team-leading role within manufacturing
* Confident in coaching and motivating a diverse team
* Strong in communication, organisation, and decision-making
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to improvement
* Knowledgeable in lean, 5S, or similar methodologies (desirable)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
