Outreach Tutors Wanted – Make a Difference in Young Lives!
Pay Rate: £25 - £35 per hour (depending on qualifications)
Flexible Hours | One-to-One Support | Immediate Start Available
Are you a passionate educator looking to make a real impact? LTS Group is seeking dedicated Outreach Tutors to provide one-to-one, face-to-face tuition for young people (ages 4-25) with additional needs who are currently out of school.

*Qualified Teachers (QTS preferred, but not essential)
*Graduates

*Evidence of working in SEN – Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs
Skills Required
*Patience & Adaptability – Able to engage and motivate students
*Organised & Professional – Excellent communication and leadership skill
*Creative Thinkers – Able to tailor lessons to individual student needs
What You’ll Do:
Provide personalised tuition to students who are currently do not have a school place.
Travel between students’ locations (own transport is beneficial)
If you have experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, youth work, or tutoring, we’d love to hear from you! Many of our successful tutors come from diverse backgrounds, and we offer full support, resources, and online materials.
