Location: Rugby
Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs ? I am working with a school in Rugby who is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive and supportive team.
About the Role
You will work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. This role is ideal for someone patient, adaptable, and committed to making a positive difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN
*Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
*Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, social skills, and communication
*Helping create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment
*Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
About You
*Experience working with children with SEN or vulnerable adults
*A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
*Willingness to support pupils’ individual needs
