HR Administrator – Laindon - Basidon Area

Salary: £26,500 • Hours: 37.5 per week Contract: Fixed-Term Contract – up to 12 months
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Associate to join a busy HR Service Centre on a fixed-term contract of up to one year. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support to a wider HR team.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing return-to-work counselling forms including inputting, filing, and chasing
*SharePoint administration and regular audits
*Invoice checking and report saving
*Administration of internal processes for hourly and salaried employees
*Checking settlement agreement invoices
*Preparing absence reports and presentation slides
*Providing cover for colleagues including inputting EADs and sickness certificates
*Maintaining sickness absence trackers
*Long Service Award administration
*General HR administrative support as required
Technical Skills
*Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer

*Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
*Ability to prioritise workload independently

*Proactive, motivated, and able to use initiative
