Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work full-time across a range of inclusive and supportive secondary schools in Croydon.

The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Provide in-class and small-group support to students with a range of learning needs

* Support students with SEN, SEMH, and additional learning requirements

* Work closely with teachers and the wider pastoral and SEN teams

* Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

* Encourage students’ confidence, independence, and personal growth
