Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEX), or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years’ PQE to join their growing Residential Conveyancing team in Wokingham.

Your role:
*Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion
*Handling a broad range of residential property transactions
*Providing guidance and support to junior members of the conveyancing team
*Playing an active role in business development, networking, and client relationship management
*Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the firm and the Residential Conveyancing department
The successful candidate will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor, FCILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years’ PQE
*Have strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing
*Be comfortable managing a varied and busy caseload independently
*Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Be a motivated team player with the confidence to work under minimal supervision
*Have a proactive approach to business development and client engagement
