Behaviour Manager Full-Time | 5 Days per Week
Secondary Schools across Merton
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Manager to work full-time across a range of secondary schools in the London Borough of Merton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people, promoting positive behaviour, and making a meaningful impact within inclusive school environments.
About the Role As a Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students to engage positively with learning, helping to manage behaviour in line with school policies, and working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and senior leaders. You may support students on a 1:1 basis, work with small groups, or assist with whole-school behaviour strategies.
What We’re Looking For * Experience working with secondary-aged students, ideally in a behaviour, pastoral, or SEN capacity
* A calm, confident, and consistent approach to behaviour management
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to remain positive, resilient, and solution-focused
* A genuine commitment to inclusion and student wellbeing
