Marketing Manager
£40,000 - £50,000 | Dartford, Kent | Permanent
As the Marketing Team Lead, you will take ownership of the company’s marketing strategy and execution. You will manage a small marketing team, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all materials. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring creativity, structure, and leadership to elevate the brand and support commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
*Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
*Oversee content creation for website, email, social media, and print
*Manage brand presence and ensure consistency across all platforms
*Analyse campaign performance and present insights to senior leadership
*Work closely with internal departments to support product launches, events, and sales initiatives
*Maintain and enhance the company’s digital footprint, including SEO and online advertising
*Manage marketing budgets and external agency relationships where required
About You
*Proven experience in a marketing leadership or senior marketing role
*Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand management
*Confident leading a team and driving performance
*Exceptional communication, organisational, and project management skills
*Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Experience within construction, engineering, industrial or environmental sectors is advantageous but not
