Job Description:
Learning Manager - Secondary School (Barnsley)
Start: ASAP
Pay: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)
Contract: Supply / Long-term Supply
Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Barnsley who are looking to appoint a Learning Manager to start as soon as possible.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional who is passionate about supporting pupils’ behaviour, engagement and academic progress.
The Role As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in supporting students throughout the school day by:
* Working with pupils to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
* Supporting students both in and out of the classroom
* Acting as a mentor and positive role model
* Liaising with teaching staff, pastoral teams and senior leaders
* Helping to remove barriers to learning and improve outcomes
This role would suit someone with experience in behaviour support, pastoral work, youth work, teaching assistance, or a similar educational support role.
