Implementation Engineer - £60,000 - Remote

About the Role
My client is seeking a Software Implementation Engineer to lead the successful delivery and configuration of a compliance-focused software platform for global clients. This is a hands-on role where you will manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring systems are tailored to meet customer requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and execute implementation plans and work packages
*Gather and document client requirements, configuring systems accordingly
*Develop User Acceptance Testing scripts and oversee testing phases
*Deliver client training sessions and create supporting documentation
*Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement
*Report and resolve software changes or bugs within project timelines
What We’re Looking For
*Strong technical skills in SQL, HTML/CSS, Excel VBA
*Experience with software implementation and support
*Familiarity with supply chain planning/ERP systems
*Knowledge of product compliance regulations (e.g., RoHS, REACH, WEEE, Conflict Minerals)
*Experience with PLM systems such as PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, Oracle Agile, or SAP PLM
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously
*Exposure to C# development preferred
