Teaching Assistant - 1:1 SEND Support - Haringey - Primary School A supportive Primary School in Haringey, North London is recruiting a committed Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a child with Autism and ADHD in a mainstream classroom. This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone with experience in SEND or a Psychology graduate looking to develop hands-on school-based experience.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will help the pupil access learning, manage emotions, and follow routines. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the SENCO and class teacher to deliver tailored interventions and behaviour strategies.
This Teaching Assistant role requires:
* Experience supporting ASD and ADHD

* A calm and consistent approach as a Teaching Assistant

* An Enhanced DBS or willingness to process one

* Strong communication skills
