Executive Personal Assistant
*Annual Salary: £60-65k plus excellent benefits including; free parking, Free breakfast and lunch plus much more

We are seeking an organised and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our clients Group CEO. This role is crucial as the organisation is at a pivotal moment of global growth. The successful candidate will be agile, confident, and highly trusted, thriving in a fast-paced, high-profile environment where no two days are the same.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Proactively manage and prioritise the CEO’s diary, ensuring focus is given to high-value and strategic activities.
*Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for meetings by coordinating and circulating relevant documentation at least 24 hours in advance.
*Monitor schedules to support adherence to planned timings and commitments.
*Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, gatekeeping and prioritising access as appropriate.
*Support end-to-end meeting management, including preparation, follow-up, and tracking of action items to ensure timely completion.
*Manage the CEO’s email inbox, filtering correspondence, highlighting urgent matters, and ensuring effective responses.
*Coordinate all travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation; produce detailed itineraries, update the CEO’s calendar, and confirm visa and entry requirements for international travel.
*Organise and support networking events, managerial lunches, and group meetings with new starters.
*Prepare reports as required to support executive and organisational needs.
*Lead and support ad hoc projects as directed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or senior executive.
*Proven ability to manage complex diaries, international schedules, and competing priorities.
*Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
*Experience acting as a trusted gatekeeper, engaging confidently with senior internal and external stakeholders.
*Experienced in meeting preparation, including papers, briefings, and action tracking.
*Experience coordinating international travel, including visas and itineraries.
*Demonstrated ability to work with discretion, judgement, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
*Able to communicate confidently and build impactful strong relationships.
