?? About the Role: As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will work in a variety of primary, secondary, and SEND schools across the the local area. You’ll provide essential classroom support to teachers and pupils, helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support pupils with their learning, individually and in small groups

* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and behaviour management

* Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs (where required)

* Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere

�? About You: * Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)

* A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners

* Flexible, reliable, and confident working in new environments

* A TA qualification or relevant experience is desirable

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
