Join a team that celebrates great food, drink, and collaboration.We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Commercial Executive to support the day-to-day running of a thriving drinks category team within a leading food and beverage business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wants to play a key role in supporting commercial operations, supplier relationships, and category growth.
What you’ll be doingYou’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager and wider team, providing essential administrative and coordination support. Your day will be varied, with responsibilities such as:
*Managing and updating key trackers to ensure accurate forecasting and invoicing.
*Supporting product setup processes and maintaining up-to-date records.
*Assisting with sample coordination and the smooth running of internal promotions and events.
*Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure communication is seamless and service levels are exceptional.
*Providing cover and support for other team members when needed to keep operations running smoothly.

*Great organisational ability and the confidence to prioritise multiple tasks.
*A team-player mindset and willingness to step in and help where needed.
Experience in a commercial, administrative, or supply chain support role would be ideal, especially within an FMCG, hospitality, or food and drink environment.
