Are you an Intermediate Electrical Estimator looking to progress your career within a rapidly growing Design & Build M&E contractor? Do you enjoy working on fast-paced projects? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.

You’ll be joining a well-established, client-focused building services contractor with over 20 years’ experience delivering high-quality M&E solutions on projects valued up to £5m. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to expand their estimating team.

Your New Role
*Prepare accurate and competitive electrical cost estimates
*Analyse project drawings, specifications and tender documents
*Liaise with clients, project managers, engineers and suppliers to obtain pricing and technical information
*Produce detailed cost breakdowns for labour, materials and subcontractors
*Attend pre- and post-tender meetings where required
What You’ll Need to Succeed
*Proven experience in an estimating role producing costings (electrical or M&E preferred)
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Experience using Trimble
*Ability to work on multiple projects and to tight deadlines
*Full UK driving licence
