You’ll have lots of time creating fun activities for children, but you’ll also support the Nursery Manager in the smooth running of the nursery. This will involve helping support the team, as well as helping with nursery finances, staffing, health and safety, partnering with parents, and ensuring the quality of the curriculum.
Our nursery grounds are unique and operate from a converted barn-style building with a large garden space for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.
Experienced as a Deputy Manager is essential. 80% room based and 20% office based. 77 place nursery, 21 staff - district line. huge natural garden, outdoor learning - near a huge park, forest school experience, so would want someone to come in and be confident in the role as Deputy.
