Regional Manager
Location: Birmingham region
Salary: from £50,000 depending on experience
NonStop is working with a well established Independent Fostering agency in the West Midlands who are looking for a new Regional Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Whether you are an experienced Team Manager or an Assistant Team Manager looking for a step up, they will support you in the role.

*Manage a team of 4-5 Social Workers
*Ensure a high standard of therapeutic care is given
*Build strong relationships with the team, foster carers, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
*SWE registered
*Driver
*Proven management experience, preferably in a fostering team
