Financial Controller - Opportunity with a Global, High-Growth Logistics Business

I am looking for a commercially minded finance leader ready to take ownership of the full financial function for a fast-growing international logistics business.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee all financial operations, deliver accurate reporting, drive profitability, and partner closely with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
*Managing cash flow and ensuring strong financial controls
*Analysing profitability across shipments, branches, and regions
*Overseeing month-end processes and statutory compliance
*Partnering with operational teams to identify efficiencies and drive performance
*Supporting European territories with oversight of accounting and filings
*Acting as a trusted adviser to senior leadership
*Mentoring and developing finance team members
Requirements:
*Fully qualified or QBE accountant
*Strong experience in financial management (logistics/supply chain advantageous)
*Excellent analytical capabilities and advanced Excel/ERP skills
*A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment
