Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to step up? Do you enjoy leading a team and improving processes?
We’re hiring for a well-established marketing group looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their finance team in Woking. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll be leading AP operations day to day, supporting the team, and helping deliver best-in-class service to suppliers and internal teams.

*Strong AP background with experience in a supervisory or team support role
*Confident using Excel and accounting systems (D365 would be a bonus)
*Proactive mindset with a focus on service and process improvement
THE ROLE
*Oversee accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and credits
*Manage payment runs in line with company controls and policies
*Set up and maintain supplier accounts
*Perform supplier statement reconciliations
*Lead on AP query resolution via ticketing system (Halo)
*Support and guide AP team on workload and deadlines
*Take ownership of key month-end tasks and reconciliations
*Ensure VAT and CIS compliance across transactions
*Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
*Monitor system performance and help implement improvements
YOUR PROFILE
*Qualified or studying AAT
*Effective communicator – written & verbal
*Good working knowledge of MS Excel
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving approach
*Comfortable in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
SALARY & BENEFITS
*£34,000 - £38,000 + annual bonus (up to 8%)
*Hybrid working: 3 days in Woking office, 2 from home
