Job Title: English Specialist Teaching Assistant
Location: Secondary School, Tower Hamlets

Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering high-quality English lessons.
* Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning.
* Assist students with reading, writing, comprehension, and exam preparation.
* Help identify learning gaps and implement strategies to support progress.
* Provide pastoral support and encourage positive learning behaviours.

* Has experience supporting students in English, literacy, or related subjects.
* Can motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
* Communicates effectively with staff, students, and parents.
* Is patient, organised, and adaptable.
* Holds relevant qualifications or experience in education, English, or literacy support.
