Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Base Salary £30K - £35k + Commission - Hybrid

Our client does. We’re recruiting across London and the South East for a number of Trainee Mortgage & Protection advisers that want to share in great success but also enjoy what they’re doing. With a structured path to become a full CAS Status Adviser in your own right, this is a chance to learn from the best.
The Role
You’ll be joining a supportive, high-performing brokerage where training, development, and progression are genuinely prioritised. Working closely with experienced advisers, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to the full advice process while building strong foundations for future growth.
Key responsibilities include:
*Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing clients
*Qualifying new enquiries and gathering initial client information
*Carrying out affordability assessments and basic fact-finding
*Booking appointments for Mortgage & Protection Advisers
*Working closely with advisers to support cases from enquiry through to completion
*Ensuring client records and systems are kept accurate and up to date
This role is ideal for someone career-driven, organised, and customer-focused, with a genuine interest in financial services and a desire to progress toward adviser status.

*CeMAP qualified (or very close to completion)
