Responsibilities will include:*Actively networking with local businesses within Brentwood
*Negotiating offers and agreeing sale on all types of properties
*Generating valuations and carrying them out
*Booking and conducting viewings to agreed targets
*Maintaining all records relating to the role to a high standard and in line with data protection.
Personal skill sets and attributes:*Have at least 2 years previous experience in the industry
*Pro-active and self-motivated to generate new business
*Experience of working well under pressure and to set targets
*Good IT skills are essential
*The ability to work within a team environment
*Be client focused to deliver an exceptional service.
The salary package for this role will include a basic in the region of £25,000 dependent on experience, with on target earnings set to be in the region of £45,000 to £50,000. Our client is also offering a mileage allowance.
