We’re recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business in Reading. This is an excellent entry-level recruitment role for a graduate or someone with telephone sales or customer-facing experience who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment and sales.
No prior recruitment experience is required — full training is provided.
The role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to run the recruitment process end to end, including:
*Candidate sourcing via phone calls, LinkedIn and job boards
*Telephone screening and interviewing candidates
*Building strong client and candidate relationships
*Supporting senior Recruitment Consultants on live vacancies
*Managing recruitment processes from brief to placement
*Working in a target-driven, sales-focused environment
This role suits someone confident on the phone who enjoys business development and relationship building.
